  Sats, also known as Satoshis, is the name given to the smallest unit of a Bitcoin. A simple comparison of this is how cents and pennies work for the dollar. The ratio of Satoshis to Bitcoin is 1 Bitcoin = 100 million Satoshis. So, for example: 0.006 Bitcoin = 600,000 Sats.
